We had the opportunity to sit & interview the 1 and only Jimmy Jonez, 1 of the best realtors & promoters in Atlanta.

About Jimmy:

Jimmy Jones is a native of Atlanta from Decatur, GA. He is a Licensed Realtor (Atlanta’s Top Listing Agent), a TV personality and a marketing/promotions expert. He has appeared on Good Day Atlanta (Fox 5), ‘Ready To Love’ (Season 2 on OWN), Jay Leno’s ‘You Bet Your Life’ (Season 1), Love Match Atlanta (Season 1), Rolling Out Magazine, The Atlanta Voice and in SHEEN Magazine. Jimmy is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a degree in Business Administration. He is a man of God and a Christian. He is a Prince Hall Mason, and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Selling millions of dollars in Real Estate since he began in 2013, Jimmy has been a successful Real Estate agent in the metro Atlanta area. He is often referred to as “Sell Your Home Jimmy Jones,” and his jingle “When it’s time to sell your home, call Jimmy Jones,” can be heard on radio station airwaves throughout Atlanta. He enjoys teaching people how to buy, sell and invest.

He founded TonightAtlanta.com, which operates today as Atlanta’s largest email marketing company for events (over 60,000+ email subscribers and 10,000+ text subscribers). Jimmy coined the phrase “email blast.” Through TonightAtlanta.com he also develops and executes weekly, monthly and annual events with attendances of thousands of guests. Jimmy was hired as the Community Engagement Representative in 2016 for Fulton County Commissioner Marvin Arrington, Jr. (District 5). His duties consisted of speaking at weekly NPU meetings and community planning meetings on behalf of the Commissioner of Fulton County. He provided weekly updates from the Commissioner’s Office and addressed constituent concerns, along with planning and executing several key community events.

The following year, Jimmy developed a grassroots initiative called #BeyondTheHolidays with Warren Technical School (a predominately African American special education school in Dekalb County with a focus on job placement for their students). The school had an immediate need for donations in the form of professional clothes, coats, belts, hygiene products and money to help the students. Later that year, Jimmy was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Rickey Smiley Foundation.

Jimmy won the 2020 NAACP ‘Power Of Influence’ Award for his commitment to PROGRESS through EDUCATION and SOCIAL CHANGE. In 2021, Jimmy was elected President of the Dekalb County Marketing Advisory Board and currently still serves. The advisory board members of Dekalb County School System bring a full spectrum of creatively inspiring expertise in order to meet the needs of the marketing profession and the growing needs of high school students and the surrounding community.
