Tyed2Flava is about Being Nourished, Revitalized and Whole. My purpose is to serve healthy and “flavaful” food to please the palates, from delicious varieties of vegan options, creative pescatarian meals to finger-licking Honey Jack Daniel wings. In addition, my freshly squeezed ginger lemonades and teas are always a hit. I specialize in being open to cook food from many different cultures. I offer private chef services, meal prep and catering.
In other words, I do it all! I am known for mixing the knowledge and expertise I gained from my bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with my passion for cooking. I display this by creating entertaining videos of my food on my social media platforms. Simply being myself makes me different from others. The joy that I have and I bring with me in preparing and creating in the kitchen is proof of why my food is delicious. I take pride in my business, therefore when you think of Tyed2Flava you think of me and what I represent. I want people to know that I am persistent and will never give up on my purpose and my dream. I will always be “tied to my flavors”.
